Bio-based and VOC free, Colour Prime like all of our Ralston products is high quality premium water-based paint and perfect for use under any of our Ralston emulsions.
Colour Prime, as with all Ralston Paints, can be tinted to any colour within the Ralston colour range.
For interior & exterior use: Wall primer with great hiding power for light absorbent substrates.
