Siloxan Primer is a wall primer and sealant for exterior and interior use on previously unpainted surfaces – it is not required on previously painted surfaces if the previous coat is in good condition. A colourless sealer, it has excellent surface penetration and is vapour permeable, a ‘breathable’ primer. Siloxan Primer improves adhesion, and by reducing the absorption of the surface, it helps to increase the paint coverage of your top coat. Specifically for use with Siloxan Matt to ensure breathability is maintained.
For exterior and interior use: Use on walls and ceilings, on concrete, masonry and plasterwork. Fast drying, ideal for exterior use as a sealer under Ralston’s Siloxan Matt.
Tip: This primer appears as milky white in the container but will dry as clear. You do not need to thin the primer, but it can be thinned with a max of 5% clean water.
